Typhoid requires proper medication so please consult your paediatrician for that and give more of fluid based diet to the child that’s easy for them to digest and healthy at the same time you can include buttermilk Coconut water soups Khichdi porridge or any other liquid thing that you would want to give medicines for that you have to visit the doctor for
