RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl2 months agoA. Gas is completely normal in this age you don’t have to worry about it and there is no medicine needed to be given to the child but if you feel that the child is getting more troubled with gas and stomach pain related issues then you can give Bonnisan
