#asktheexperts My baby had diaper rash and now it's healed. But the skin in that part is very white in colour when compared to the rest of the body.Its been a month but still the colour has not changed. Is this normal

A. it is normal to have a dark colour around your genital area and it is same applicable to baby also do not worry about this it will heal then the skin colour will become normal

A. hi yes it should be normal. please avoid using diapers for whole day. or for now prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes instead of it keep that area clean and dry give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
