A. u may introduce cow milk to baby ...at the beginning diluting fr some days.... set the meal plan break fast as poha cheela upma uthapam idly suji halwa dosa mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita salad evening snacks as veg cutlet potato tikka bread pokado dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha...
