AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy3 days agoA. Hello mama Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between .. Give all that u cook for ur family. include ghee ,dry fruits, paneer, egg, rice , potatoes, banana shake ,avocado etc in diet for weight gain
