Even for a pre term child I think this is quite less so I think you should just take an advice with a nutrition expert on that as to what kind of diet plan is going to be appropriately good for your child for overall weight gain because you have a very good idea about these things if they have an expertise in the area so I believe they will be able to give you appropriate help on the situation
