#asktheexpert My child is pre term baby . she borns with 1100gm birth weight.. and start gaining weight after 20 days of birth.. now she is 5 kg .. is her weight is perfect as a pre term baby

Usually about three to five hundred grams of weight should increase per.month after. birth..
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized.
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Give nutritioius diet including millets , probiotics and citrus fruits
