Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly asvhsociatedbu  and can be easily missed out most of the time .

hello if small cut and baby is doing al fine and no vomitting or any other discomfort noticed then it is not a problem and absolutely nothing to worry otherwise it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you accordingly
