My baby also doing like this, then I consultant the doctor explained my problem, when she Tells this is not a problem only (colic pain) some baby's are do the same at the age, shes suggest drops, and powders for my baby, so i suggested to you pls consult the pediatrician

Teething and stomach infection can often lead to lose motions and that to the kind of things that you’re mentioning are just very common to be seen in either of the two situation so you have to check with your doctor for right treatment and medicine to use
