#asktheexperts my 4year 11 months old daughter height 98 cm and height 15 kg please suggest some tonic for height and weight gain

A. You should increase her physical activities like 60 mins play time for the child is must in a day and give a healthy diet comprising of all food groups especially milk and milk products add desi ghee in meals

A. At This age these things are normal but randomly we cannot advise you to go ahead with any tonic first you should try to figure out what is the issue and according to that whatever tonic so supplements are required the doctors are going to advise you that accordingly
