Q.

#asktheexperts my 2year old always trying to hold poop.. c is not pooping regularly and trying very hard to hold it back.. so having constipation... what to do???

A. Talk to your child to understand why your child is holding the pool because normally it has been seen that when you try to toilet train your child to being scared of sitting on the commode they do it so that’s the situation you have to make your child comfortable with it otherwise this problem is going to increase because it’s not constipation it is something that your child is willingly doing need to break the pattern
