#asktheexperts my 2 yrs 11 m kid is having high fever from 22nd morning 3 am. we have given paracetamol p250 4 doses till and 1 dose of antibiotic. still fever has not come down. it's 102 plus . need help

A. hello. please give her syp paracetomol in every 4 to 6 hours. do tepid sponging if no responce to pcm. it will gelp to bring down temprature. give your chikd lots of rest and offer adequate fluids.
