#asktheexperts My 2 yr old son doesn't eat dry fruits at all. Is it ok or shall I try some other method because dry fruits are highly nutritious . I'd there an alternative of dry fruits like veggies or any cereal.

A. Dear mom U can also soak the dry fruits like alomds walnuts figs overnight n blend it n add to smoothie or banana shake or mango shake

Yes What you can do is you can just take the dry fruits dry roast them and then you can make a powder out of it you can add it to the mail or anything I like you said if I you want to add it to the food you can do that also it’s a very healthy option and smart trick to feed dry fruits to the child
