#asktheexperts my 2 months 20 days daughter don't take my milk since birth and my both breast feel so heavy and painful. I have used manual breast but can't express my milk. kindly help

A. do hot fomen. If you are not feeding your child you should express the milk out. After thecregular express the milk to prevent from accumulating or to prevent from lump in breast. Consult a lactation expert or your gynec for same.
