Q.
Hi my baby is 2 years old and I just stopped breast feeding. It’s been 2 days .my breast have increased because of bmilk . Its so heavy and painful. I can’t even take my baby.what should I do. How many days this will take to recover??

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You may express the excess milk using hand , warm comresion or using the breast pump. Massage the breast with warm water. and oil.. Take sunbath daily Take nutritious diet use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Don’t use RO water
