#asktheexperts my 2 kids are often suffering with fever cold and cough atleast once for a month. Please give suggestions to improve their immunity.

A. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations. many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections. it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 7 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away. get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasing this problem also give flu vaccine

A. It is common for tge gets to get infected frequently fue to the numerous viruses that are present around us. But slowly as tgey grow they will start building immunity against these viruses. So dont worry. To improve the immunity keep feeding a healthy and balance diet. Vitamin c rich amla can be given every day.
