#asktheexperts my 2.5 yrs old son has itchy rash on his belly and legs from yesterday.. there is on other symptom... is it allergy or anything else?

anti allergic medicines has to be given to the child and you have to find the cause of allergy
do not give any type allergic food and do not apply any type of powder or lotion which might aggravate this allergyx
kindly give plenty of fluids to the child and then meet your doctor for examination
