#asktheexperts My 16 month old baby is having constipation. He does potty every other day or else he does not do it for 2 days and while doing potty he exerts a lot of force and at night he suddenly gets up and starts crying. He cries for 2 hours and then goes to sleep.

A. Apply some oil in the area when the child wants to poop it is going to be easy for the child to push it out second advise you to apply castor oil regularly in the navel of the child and start the day with a glass of water
