#AskTheExpert my 16.5 month baby is having constipation problem. he does potty after 2-3 days and he cries alot when he does potty which is usually very hard. what food can be given to ease this issue..or what else can be done for his relief?

A. the baby is 1 year 4 months of age to avoid constipation in the baby you have to give all seasonal fruits to the baby if possible sum vegetable salads adequate water for the baby to drink
