#asktheexperts mere milk produce nhi ho rha h actually me breast pump se milk nikal k pilati hu pehle bht jyada hota tha pr ab km ho hi nhi rha h please help me

A. mam please take Shatavari powder with milk or water twice a day to increase breast milk supply. feed the baby more often directly from breasts which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. you should take turmeric milk which is also beneficial.
