A. hi mom u can give all semi solid foods like dalia khichdi dal rice curd to ur child .. u should start exercising along with strict diet control to loose weight

A. Did that I am your breast feeding you cannot go ahead with a diet workout you can start after above 9 to 10 months because your internal stitches will be completely sorted by then go for proper food like Khichdi porridge mashed banana mashed potato all kind of fruits and vegetables can be given to the child and proper dairy products
