ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, for your 7 months old baby, instead of giving commercially available packaged foods like cerelac, it is better to give homemade food. For convenience and quick cooking, you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.
