WHO  के मानक के अनुसार, मां को अपने बच्चे को कम से कम 2 साल की उम्र में दूध पिलाना चाहिए।
लेकिन अगर आप में से कोई, मेरा मतलब है, आप या आपका बच्चा इसके साथ सहज महसूस नहीं करते हैं, तो आप दूध छुड़ाना शुरू कर सकते हैं।
लेकिन चूंकि मां का दूध बच्चे के स्वस्थ विकास के लिए सबसे अच्छा है, कृपया इसे कम से कम एक साल की उम्र तक इस्से दें।
