#asktheexperts it is almost 7 month for my baby and I only get periods in 3 month and not after that till now is it ok

A. irregular periods is common after delivery so no treatment is needed for that just follow a Healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and meditation whenever possible along with proper nutritious diet intake
