A. it is advisable to meet your doctor who will assess whether speech therapy is required by a child or not because by three years of age the child should be able to speak properly

A. good afternoon definitely by the time the child should have been able to frame small sentences and communicate I would recommend you try to visit in speech therapist it is better not to delay in case there is any problem
