There should not be any yellowish discharge at anytime.
It usually indicates infection and rarely there could also be any fistula.
You need to consult your doctor once

if there is no other symptoms like itching, redness, irritation,foul smell etc along with it then it is normal.
otherwise it is better to visit your gynecologist for once.
