#asktheexperts is it ok to put baking soda or eno in rava idli for 1 yr old Also how much paneer should be given in raw form to them

A. hi mom avoid but its fine once a while , better to avoid such things for baby can give rava uttapa without eno or soda paneer can be given 2 to 4 small pieces , prefer home made paneer.
