ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. As such there is no need to start iron medication’s to all babies and only vitamin D is supposed to be here until one year of age. After six months if your babies start having anemia than iron might be requiredWrite Your Answer Here
