#asktheexperts I was diagnosed with thyroid when I got pregnant but after delivery, the Thyroid was normal for 2 years. Then again when I have stopped breastfeeding, my TSH level is high, what might be the reason and how to get rid of it without lifetime medicine

A. Mam there are a lot of good yoga positions and some home remedies that you can try straight for three months that actually has a lot and reversing thyroid try doing that before you take any medicine diet alterations and taking proper healthy diet under an observation of a nutritionist will also help otherwise it can last for long and once you start taking medicines there is no looking back
