break fast as poha cheela uthapam idly suji halwa upma dosa.. 
mid morning any fruit as papaya pear sapota apple.. 
lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad.. 
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pokada.. 
dinner as dal roti stuffed parantha doodh roti.
