#asktheexperts I'm mother of 4 month old baby, breastfeeding mother. I'm experiencing throat pain, no fever or cold, slightly cough. Is this symptoms of cold? how to take care? can I take cough lozenges or any medication. please advise

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, do take steam inhalation. Take basil leaves and honey, grind and mix well to make a smooth paste. Consume this every day to soothe dry coughs.Drinking warm tea or gargling with lukewarm salt water
