yes you can do Suryanamashkar,yoga but only after 6 months of delivery
till that Walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
you can include ragi and brown rice, sprouts instead of wheat ,white rice etc.in your diet.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
