#asktheexperts I m having alot pain in my brest...it's not tight also...and not leaking enough milk also ..before 2 days ago it's so tight...but after feed it's loose but having alot pain..

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. better consult your doctor for proper examination apply warm compression To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact with your baby while breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
