Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. there is a high probability that your child is having ear infection which might be either external or internal so visit your doctor immediately becauses ear drops along with antibiotics may be required to decrease the infection and a medical examination is very important in this case ansd for ear pain you can give paracetamol for the time being and prevent any water to enter the ears
