#asktheexperts I m concerned about my 18 months old son. he has only four teeth 2 up 2 down front teeth till now. please suggest me what to do.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. hello mam do not worry about this it is perfectly normal you can wait till the age of 2.5 to 3 years by that time all the 20 milk teeth will come. .

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello it is normal and absolutely nothing to worry and nost baby will be able to have most of the teeth around age 2 and and some kids can have delay too and any concern then it 8s better to check with your doctor paediatric dentist he can guide you accordingly
