#asktheexperts I'm a month of 5 month old baby girl. but I have severe lower back pain from the delivery day. I take calcium tablets daily basis but it continues.

A. It essentially happens due to hormonal changes that happened during pregnancy and all this put a strain on the lower back. Use pillows while sleeping in sitting and you can also use a Tummy belt to support your backWrite Your Answer Here
