#asktheexperts I haven't got TT vaccination...my 6th month is running...is it ok ?

A. It is important to get the Tetanus Toxoid (TT) vaccine during pregnancy to protect both you and your baby from tetanus, especially during delivery. Typically, two doses are recommended: First dose: Between 16–24 weeks Second dose: At least 4 weeks after the first dose, and before 36 weeks Since you are in your 6th month, you still have time. Please consult your doctor soon and get your TT shots scheduled. Timely vaccination is safe and very important for preventing infections.
