#asktheexperts I have mine normal delivery for my baby. But i didnot get my periods from last 7 months &gained weight.. What to do?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. For the gained weight you have to work out on a daily basis along with portion control. As far as the periods are concerned you may not get them even upto 6-12 months Keep using contraception
