#asktheexperts I gained approx 12 kg in pregnancy & I wanted to loose weight ASAP. I had c section in jan 25.

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist5 months agoA. hi mom weight loss should be done properly and not asap, please have good proteins , vegetables , fruits, hydrate well as you are also a breastfeeding mom avoid sweets, sugary, fried, too much of ghee or butter
