Q.

#asktheexperts I gained a lot of weight post delivery. I was very thin earlier. Weight gain and shapeless body with so much pain at the back of knees and a stiff back at night has caused a lot of stress in me.

A. Hi try to start with some basic exercises like walking. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster. Both diet and exercises wil' on'y help in weight loss.
