#asktheexperts i drink lactonic twice w day since my baby was 1 month. He will be 4 months tomorrow. Is it safe to keep drinking as long as i nreastfeed him? Also i am being told that lactonic makes me gain weight. Is that true?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. they are totally safe health supplements and yes you can continue them till 6 months of age of the child without any problem and then you can stop it if you want it otherwise it does not have any problem if you are continuing it

It is adviced to take as ur doctor has adviced u.
If the breast feed is sufficient then no need to have more now. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months.
