#asktheexperts I don't feed my milk enough to my 2 month old daughter. I feed her with formula milk more often and because of that my milk supply is getting reduced. I want my milk supply to increase, what can I do for that? Also, is it okay to give more formula milk than mother's milk?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy2 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! The more your baby takes in your breast milk directly, the better supply. Include methi , roasted Makhana, Jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Try as much to exclusively breastfeed baby on demand. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
