simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. z
regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat.
take propexr amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for adequate calorie and protein requirement
drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

mam , I would suggest to start doing exercises or yoga regularly for this.
I advise to do exercises like abdominal crunches, flutter kicks or swimming etc
avoid taking junk food items.
take low fat high fiber diet like green veggies, fresh fruits, etc more
