#asktheexperts I delivered a baby girl on 13th August should I need any medition for myself

A. Usually supplements are important that’s iron calcium and multivitamin for first six months and medicines if usually are advisable after your delivery whether it was a normal delivery delivery that only going to help you with the correct course
