I delivered my baby on August. when can I start workouts to get back to shape?

A. U See if you have got a normal delivery then you can start working out from now on only and if you had a C-section delivery then after 6 to 8 months you can go for a workout and diet and also you should not follow any diet as of now to lose the weight because it is going to affect your breast feeding and too much exercising is also going to affect your breast feeding so you go ahead with exercising after six months only
