#asktheexperts i delivered a baby at December 2nd but two days onwards iam not getting washroom please give me a suggestion

A. Hi A bit of constipation is very very common and normal after delivery with a woman you can ask your doctor to go for that will help in proper motion to you but as of now if you’re not getting it then you should consult your doctor have a good amount of water and fibre rich diet
