Q.

#asktheexperts I am mother of twins and both my babies are dependent only on breast milk. They have completed 3month and now I am planning to reduce as I have gained a lot of weight during pregnancy. So will my calorie intake will affect my milk supply. Right now it’s easily sufficient for both of them

A. hello mum do you really want to cut off your food in a matter of reducing the armrest for the supply for your baby I personally suggest to not to do that as you are taking the food you can also breastfeed your baby instead of big mine's take smaller me that will help you to reduce their weight as well as the give milk to your babies
