#asktheexperts I am getting severe back pain after my Noramal delivery. i delivery completed 2 months back then what should I do please

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. get an x ray. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
