A. Hi Rashmi, Thanks Rashmi for your response. Ofcourse I am not am not embarrassed with my body. Every women feels proud and content of being a mother . That goes without saying !!! However, here when I say uncomfortable I mean physically challenging to move , sit, stand , walk , feeling unfit to do daily chores etc. I am not talking about looking good in the slim body I am aware of the consequences of cutting down the food intake. Hence raising a concern here so that experts/ docs can suggest me the safest way to reduce weight so that not remain fit and well as my milk supply doesn't fluctuates. If I don't feel fit, how do I take care of my self and new born.

A. Write Your Answer Here You have delivered a child you should not be embarrassed you should rather be proud of the fact anyways I like to tell you right now if you cut down on any kind of a food item that you are having then you should actually go ahead with eating every thing because that is going to the news on your breast feeding so it is not going to be good for you in any manner so you should eat well and feel well right now your Myntra should be the same only if you do any kind of dietary alteration than you it is going to affect your child a new in latest feature
