#asktheexperts i am feeling extremely weak after pregnancy as having extreme pain in back and even not able to turn to other side please suggest

A. Hi mom Back pain is common after delivery. Do hot fomenting on the back and give warm oil massage to get relief from back pain. Do not hold your baby for long hours. Do not lift anything heavy. Take adequate rest and sleep. Take calcium supplements till you breast feed ur baby
